Sovereign Technical Infrastructure, Built to Last.

WordPress • PHP • Linux Server Engineering

We build and steward technical infrastructure owned by the people who use it. No vendor lock-in, no Big Tech dependencies, no sales hand-offs. Just senior engineering directly aligned with your mission.

What We Do

We take long-term responsibility for your Sustained Technical Health.

We aren’t WordPress page-builders who freeze when a server crashes, and we aren’t sysadmins who refuse to look at application code. We manage the entire vertical—from bare-metal Linux servers and automated deployments to custom PHP applications.

1. Application Architecture & Web Stacks

Multi-year, whole-stack engineering. WordPress/WooCommerce, Roots (Bedrock/Sage), Odoo ERP, and custom PHP/Laravel applications built for durability and speed.

2. Sovereign Infrastructure & Systems

Servers your organization owns and controls. Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Ansible automation, WireGuard VPNs, automated containerization (Docker), and zero-trust security.

3. Open Tools for Aligned Networks

We turn custom technical solutions into reusable open-source tools for cooperatives, independent media, healthcare advocates, and grassroots networks.

The Design Target is Independence.
We build systems so well-documented and stable that your team doesn’t need us for daily emergencies—only for planned growth.

How We Work

Direct Collaboration. Zero Middleman Overhead.

You talk directly to the engineers writing your code and managing your servers. No project managers adding friction, no account executives optimizing quarterly billings.

  • Sufficiency Over Scale: We strictly cap our active client load to 60–80 billable hours per month. This guarantees that your infrastructure gets deep, focused attention without developer burnout or rushed code.
  • Durability Over Deadline Theater: We optimize for long-term technical health, clean architecture, and total system reliability rather than artificial sprint sprints.

Who We Work With

We partner with organizations building durable, ethical alternatives:

  • Worker cooperatives and democratically governed enterprises
  • Independent publishers, media, and cultural anchors
  • Non-profits, healthcare advocates, and community health networks
  • Ethical B2B businesses that treat technical infrastructure as a core asset, not a disposable line item

We intentionally do not work with surveillance infrastructure, predatory financial services, speculative extraction, or organizations designed to exploit worker risk.

Transparent Rates & Engagement Models

We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. You pay for senior engineering craftsmanship—without agency markups or hidden fees.

1. Sustained Site Care & Stewardship

€120 – €250 / month (Ideal for small organizations, independent authors, and non-profits)

  • Sovereign static front-end deployment (un-crackable, lightning-fast)
  • WordPress admin locked behind private VPN
  • Daily offsite automated container backups
  • Security patches, monitoring, and 1–2 hours of monthly support/on-call updates

2. Fractional Systems Partner

€800 – €1,500 / month (Ideal for active platforms needing ongoing development)

  • 8 to 12 hours of dedicated senior development and sysadmin time
  • Performance optimization, WooCommerce/ERP integrations, and feature updates
  • Priority emergency response and infrastructure stewardship

3. Embedded Technical Lead (Standard B2B)

€3,200 / month (24–32 hours/mo @ €120–€160/hr)

  • Complete infrastructure ownership, Ansible deployment pipelines, custom full-stack development
  • Direct access to senior Linux and PHP architects for complex enterprise environments
  • Reduced rates (€70–€100/hr) are available for verified co-ops and non-profits with strict budget constraints.

The Worker Surplus & Local Impact

Mutuality is an independent worker collective spanning Belgrade and Berlin.

We charge standard market rates to commercial clients to fund a sustainable practice and directly subsidize local community initiatives in the Balkans—including free martial arts programs, youth movement classes, and open-source infrastructure for grassroots groups.

When you work with us, your technical investment doesn’t fund corporate dividends—it builds resilient digital and physical commons.
